Return Policy
At De La Cruz Merch we take the upmost care to check that all items sent out are of the highest quality.
You can return an item within 10 days of purchase:-
- If you believe that an item of clothing to be faulty providing it has NOT been worn.
If you wish to return an item please go to the Contact page to let us know what the problem is, with the word 'returns' in the subject line. Providing it is a valid reason you will then be offered a refund or an exchange. Buyer must pay Return Shipping for item to receive refund.
